“I wish her well”
Lift and tint are generally pregnancy safe, it's just a personal choice. But the time to maintain after arrival may pose a struggle. Ex- I used to wear lash extensions but bi weekly 90min maintenance was too much to commit to. Definitely cute robe, glasses, pjs, lounge wear. Maybe a quick 10 min makeup routine. I love the kits by The Lip Bar. Comes w a tinted moisturizer, blush powder bronzer and highlight in one compact, add a lip and mascara and you're good.
I’m 14 weeks and feel the same. Been sick with no energy and it’s hard. I look horrible each day and need to find strength to get up and do something about it smh
This is my second and last time so hoping the rest of the ride is better 🤗
Those are all safe! Aside from the Botox.
I feel you on all of these. Counting down the days until I can do my Botox again too. I think the quick makeup routine (esp an easy blush stick and/or bronzer) and sometimes even just a pop of lip color makes a big difference.
Also been doing a 5 minute curling of my hair and I feel like it makes a big impact, so if there’s a quick hair style that transforms you to feeling more out together, that’s a good one too
Wear nice jewellery.
Can’t comment on pregnancy safety but just got my brows microbladed and I love it
Lash lift and brow lamination!!
It's like a brow relaxer. As they grow out your natural texture comes back. Similar to a lash lift. Which would be like a lash perm to make em lifted / a bit of curl.
I like the quickie make up suggestions. Anything else that’s more permanent ?
Definitely do your own research and try to find a salon near you that does it (it’s not done in every salon), but I can attest it definitely keeps my waves/loose curls. The puffiness in my hair is super frizzy curls, and I can actually see them now with the Botox.
Congratulations! Get tinted SPF or BB Cream. Not as heavy as makeup and gives you a little color/coverage. Do your eyeliner & brows & tinted lip gloss. A quick mini makeup routine will make you feel & look "put together." It will also help when you have that extra person in your life to take care of! You can do this!
