I reduced mine - was on 70mg last year and currently 50mg. After reading a tonne of Reddit threads I am trying out taking an Emergen-C immune, with a b6 and b12 supp plus a magnesium supp at the end of my day. Then fast acting melatonin at bed time, yesterday was day 1 but worked really well.
