Be your own super hero bc you deserve it! Think of 3 things that make you happy each day and write that shit down, it can be I woke up, I have food to eat, I have a new beginning that I get to start.. just do it! If someone doesn’t make you feel your best they don’t deserve your time, energy, or emotion, give your self some love!! And cry if you need to it’s totally fine and normal, these are crazy and uncertain times it’s completely normal to be in a funk and I guarantee you aren’t alone!! If you need to do something nice for the fam like bake cookies or some shit, sometimes a selfless act can help bring joy. Try and find someone to talk to, not even about your feelings if you don’t want just talk about anything, it can help. Just be who you need to be right now to get through but make sure to look up once a day to remember there is good and you have an opportunity to make the best of a tough situation. ❤️

Awh op - I hope you start feeling better soon. Ups and downs are part of our life. And I am a true believer of what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Make everything a learning opportunity. One day, what you are going through today, will pay off in a very different way. Focus on other things - learn new skill, go for a run, keep a routine. And if you can, talk to a therapist. All the best. Time heals everything.

You have some sort of anxiety and you don’t know it. Start working out and going for a walk 20 minutes a day.

You’re probably depressed. Seek professional help immediately.

I have always had a low milk supply but I still BF before a formula bottle. (My baby gets about 3oz from me each day. I gave up on the triple feeding because it was driving me bat sht crazy). My ex wife with whom I share custody of my 14 year old daughter has a live-in boyfriend who recently lost his mother and has developed a drinking problem. For the second week in a row I’ve had to pick up my daughter from their apartment because they were fighting and screaming at each other. Thoughts - my kid got selected in a gifted program and it’s 1.5 hour drive from our house. We also have a baby who goes to daycare near our house( 15 mins ). Is it worth to send my preschooler to the gifted program ? It’s only for 6 months and after that my baby would go to daycare near the preschool itself. I am just not sure whether a 1.5 commute in morning and evening is worth the school for 2’kids to go through and will reduce our family time everyday.

My milk supply has dropped really rapidly in the last couple weeks and I can't figure out why. Please help! I was pumping 16-20 oz/day (baby refuses to nurse) and in the last two weeks it's been going lower and lower. Previously if I pumped every 6 hours, I would get 4-5 oz, but for the last week I've been getting 3-3.5, and just now I pumped 1.5 oz. I can't think of what could be the cause. I have a Spectra pump which I've used <300 hours (warranty is 1500). Baby is 6mos.Any thoughts or tips?

had a miscarriage recently and am having hard time not to think or worry about what happened. It’s been 3 weeks and my husband just yelled at me saying 1. I should be grateful for the kid I have 2. We didn’t plan so I can’t worry about it. 3. That he is done caring for our toddler in the mornings( he wakes up pretty early in the morning due to daylight savings) and i am unable to sleep at night, end up sleeping in the morning. Going on a production in LA last minute, will be my first in person work thing in two years. So excited to be shooting again then realized 90% of my cute work production/LA weather work clothes don’t fit anymore post covid weight gain.
