I am in the customer service and sales side of travel insurance, and I am looking for a new job, possibly in another field. A much larger company purchased us 2 years ago, and over the last 6 months I have lost 2 designations, one as an advocate, which was my most rewarding. How much does Natwest Group pay for Senior Associate and AVP level?
I heard they are no way close to banks like Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse. For Senior Associate they don't pay more than 25 Lakh whereas for AVP they don't pay beyond 30 lakh. Is this true ? I am asking for Risk Management Profiles.

Anyone with experience of deferred income - at the point where I’m looking to put away a significant amount with a 20yr horizon (turned 40 last month!) and it seems attractive. My employer offers decent options similar to 401k vehicles which are lower than my personal risk appetite but say $150k a year gross at 8% for 20yrs and doing it for a few years seems like a boring if safe bet?

I love working remote! I just spent a week in office (special one time project) and I’m exhausted, sleep is off, and my house is a mess. When I’m remote I wake up, tidy up,make coffee and log in. My office is warm and I do lunch time yoga. I stay hydrated and can throw a load of laundry in the washing machine between meetings. I can’t fathom why so many people are trying to force return to work. If you are pushing your people to return to the office- why? If you love remote why?
