I have been WFH ever since Covid hit. Which I love! ( I do miss the social part of it tho). But I feel ever since then, I became SUPER lazy. (Not with my work) I live in NYC. When I needed to go to the office, I would wake up at 5am, go to the gym, take the train, go to work, come home, cook, spend time with my daughter and help with HW and spend time with my husband. Do it all over the next day. Now my energy is SUPER low. Stopped working out too. Anyone here could share their WFH Routine?

Thanks. I’ll be fine. I enjoy what I’m doing and keeps the therapist on her toes so she doesn’t feed me some nonesense.
