I am in the same boat. Except I don't sleep well and I work long hours.
It just means you are driven by the energy of the people around you. Not a bad thing to recognize.

I get the same and it’s sort of making me scared it’s not my current job I hate, it’s just working in general 😂
I’m hoping that returning to the office and having something to PHYSICALLY get up for in the morning and clearer boundaries between home and work will restore us all back to normal
I am absolutely with you... first year analyst and just feel totally crushed. I used to feel so excited to go to work and genuinely felt 10/10 on consulting. Now it just feels like it’s sucking away my youth lol

Have you tried the pomodoro technique? Where you set an alarm for predetermined intervals of "on" or "work" time, followed by a preset break. Rinse and repeat. It's typically 25 minutes of work but you can use any interval. I find this helps me to do things I hate.
I only last like 6 minutes into the pomodoro before I am like why the hell did I do this

Yes I feel this a lot
Sorry this is happening for you. I agree w/SD1, likely that you are energized by those around you for your work. Sounds like you are doing some other positive things, so keep those going. Maybe look at some counseling, therapy, or meditation to help bridge the gap. Hoping it gets brighter soon!
