Hello 🐠 need your advice / insights on the below. Which option would you choose and why?
1. Accept PwC US offer 155k base, but GC process will start 1 year from now (3.5 years remaining on H1B)
2. Stay in current US company (120k base) which has approved a Canada transfer on Intra Company Transfer visa and wants to bring me back 1.5-2 years from now, potentially on L1A which speeds up GC process.

How do you handle multiple long client calls a day without it being draining?

I have to attend 3-6 long meetings a day and it’s so draining (it’s excessive I know) and it’s making me scatterbrained as I don’t do well with context switching and only a half hour or so between meetings, and do my work.

We’re short staffed for a few weeks so some accounts I’m leading or tag teaming, clients don’t want to switch times. Struggling to focus and stay organized. My VP seems to do this easily.
