Same, I gained so much weight during the COVID. I am doing intermittent fasting right now and lost almost 10lbs in 1 month already. I have done keto previously and lost 25lbs in 4 months as well. However, I cannot maintain keto because I love my carbs. I have an apple watch and I walk 10k+ steps every single day & track my calories thru myfitnesspal. I track my fasting hours through Zero, and it cuts down on my snacking, especially at after dinner hours. You got this!!!! It’s just hard to start but once you start dropping the weight, it becomes almost addicting.
There might be an easier way but I create recipes with the full ingredients and then you can enter how many servings that recipe is. Then you can enter that into your daily tracking

Ugh yes, same. I have actually had to turn down a few requests for in person meetings bc I don’t feel comfortable in any of my clothes currently. I need to get my act together in general and am going to buy a few work clothing items I actually feel confident wearing in the meantime.
Yes I gained 25 pounds in the past year. Very shocked. I’ll probably hit the gym hard for the next few months

Yeah I gained 10-15 lbs (hard to measure because I also lost muscle) I'm buying comfy stretchy wrap dresses until I start fitting into my real clothes again. I'm confident it'll start falling off once I can get back to indoor workout classes and normal walking around the office.
