Im so embarrassed posting this, but I’m so confused. as 1 of 3 females in my office( yes I know that’s an issue in itself) I work with mostly 23 year old + males. There is one that has me so confused. He’s 26, I’m 29;if that matters. I’m an OM, so I indirectly work with everyone. But I don’t have any direct reports.So I guess my point is, how does one know, if a man is interested specifically a coworker. What are the tell alls, what’s just being friendly coworker vs possibly feeling the vibe.

It was an additional action/observation to use auxiliary to others. I don't see anything wrong with adding something different to the conversation that is based on research. Nothing in my comments indicated that op becomes a body language expert. Usually if you're in close proximity you can notice someone's eyes. Regarding body language: patterns indicate consistency. Consistency means that it's more likely this person likes her. However, like all advice, op can take what they want and leave the rest.

I mean if you’re ok with that, then you can decide. But just be aware that the old saying “don’t 💩 in your own sandbox” is true for a reason. If it gets messy, your reputation could be on the line, especially considering how guys like to talk. If it doesn’t end well, do you really want to be stuck seeing him in the office every day and having everyone possibly know about your body and what you do sexually? Be smart about this

These are pretty obvious signs that he wants you. I am a guy, I know how male brain works.
I would’t advise a one nighter unless you or him are planning to leave the company soon. If this could lead to something more serious though (romantic/ soulmates) then why not go for it?
