I have been preparing myself through Udemy but don't have any hands-on experience in BigData. Reporting to RMG currently but got just 1 relevant call from a project. Unfortunately, they were looking for an experienced person. Will I be considered in any account for a fresher role in BigData?

About to accept an offer at a small private company. Lower base than I make now, but have been told there’s no cap on variable. They’ve told me that the goal is to pay me more (total comp) than I make now, but there are no KPIs or target bonus explicitly in the offer. Haven’t been at a small company like this so would appreciate some insight!
