Does anybody have any advice when applying to postings with many applicants and getting noticed? The company I am interested in is Figma, and though I reached out to a few technical recruiters after applying through LinkedIn, I am wondering if there might be something more I could do that maybe I’m not thinking about. Also along those lines, if anybody here works for figma I would love the chance to connect

Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.

That company would lay you off in 2 weeks if it made financial sense to them. Continue interviewing with MBB before you make a decision.
This! Definitely continue to interview. You can sometimes push a start date out and if you can’t quit gracefully. Be loyal to yourself. I’m in a similar boat it’s not MBB but I took a job to get off the market and I’m waiting on something else before I start a job next year.
Continue the interview, if you get the offer...you could possibly push your start date back a few months. If not, screw it and join the MBB firm regardless

Continue interview and see what happens!
Interview. You are still in the interview groove and your answers flow smoothly. If you wait a year, you will be rusty and you will need to talk about your most recent job. If you get the offer (and there is maybe only a 50-50 chance, then you can decide if/when you want to leave based on the start date. That date could be next year due to the economy. If you don't get the offer, then at least you can focus on your job without regrets.
Thank you! Great points
This week is before Monday. If this is a final round they should let you know asap if you got the offer. If you get the offer then dont start new job
You’d have to be OK burning bridges at the company you’re starting with on Monday. But I would wager that McK might be worth it.

Thanks all! Onward!
Fingers crossed!
Thinking if I got the MBB job, I’d prefer that. But I also don’t want to burn this company by leaving after 2 weeks
