I’m starting the application journey now, with GMAT. I started looking at books and the most commonly available books in my country (not US) are the Kaplan ones. I searched the bowl and saw most suggested books (besides official guides) are from manhattan prep. Should I try and get the manhattan ones instead of kaplan? Anyone here with experience with both? P.S.: If it makes any difference, I don’t know my base score yet (will take the test today, might update later) but my target is 730+

In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Tax associate with 1 year of experience and my CPA looking to move to Audit. Realistic? Challenges? Easier when moving between firms or within my current firm? Masters won't make a difference right?

My friend got into Cornell EMBA but also got a guarantee spot in 2022 Booth EMBA.

Is it worth waiting a year and attending Booth EMBA or should my friend just start in fall at Cornell's EMBA?

Are there any reputable online masters programs you’d recommend? I’d really like to get my masters in I/O psychology but don’t see any programs within the Denver area.

I want an MBA, but I have way too much debt from doing an out of state undergrad program and I know scholarships are great but unless it’s close to a full ride I don’t think it’d be enough for me. I’m the trailblazer in my family so I really just have myself to rely on. I’d like to hear about everyone’s experiences with (or plans for) funding their MBA. Please also include any amount of debt you currently carry from undergrad + the cost and length of your MBA program.

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's ALM in Management. They both have the same requirements (generally speaking) including a capstone course that serves as a field immersion course with the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Hi , I am BA currently with 4.5 yrs experience in analytics . Is it necessary to go for an MBA(which will be 1 year obv as per my experience ) or i can go by becoming an APM somewhere(obv by learning product related topics)and then becoming a PM. I dont preferably want to do an MBA since i am 28 and will be 29 by the time if i am able to enter any 1 year MBA course .

I’ve already exited consulting and don’t care to go back. Have MS from a T10 relevant to my field and no plans to change industries or vertical. Mid-30s in a mid-level strategic role in F500. Not aiming for executive leadership anytime soon but want to work towards eventually. Will I have a glass ceiling in terms of professional growth and compensation without a MBA in corporate America? Would my MS and experience suffice, or do I really need the EMBA for advancement?
