I am a Revenue Cycle Analyst at a large hospital.
I come from a healthcare operations background, have my Masters in Health Administration and 3+ yoe in large hospitals/headquarters. I am now learning sql on my own, proficient in excel and tableau.

Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google

Don’t worry amigo. This is 1000% par for the course. Tons of other stories on here with the exact same sentiment. Google is notoriously slow. Stay positive!
Took me 3.5 to hear back, it’s not necessarily a bad thing. Means someone is just taking their sweet time writing feedback. It’s Perf and promo season so lots of folks have been tied up in that.
The process is SLOWWW. I heard back on whether I was going to HC almost a whole month after I finished interviews. But I would def follow up.
If you read their hiring process, all interviewers response have to go through HC. The final offer needs to be signed by VP or SVP. This could be long enduring process. If you were a bad candidate and it was “obvious”, you’d have heard back rather quickly ;)
Recruiter wants to meet to provide feedback from interview. Is this generally indicative of a Yes proceed with other rounds, or is this a No?
I did some research and learnt that Google provides in-person rejection on call. That may have changed and they are just calling to understand if you’ve other offers and discuss package etc
