I’m starting with Accenture as an analyst in the CDP later this month. When I first applied, I had a little under 1 YOE. By my start date, I will have about 1.5 YOE. I have already accepted the L11 offer, so is it too late to now try to make the case to come in as L11 Sr. Analyst instead?
