I'm struggling with how much to "spin" my experience during interviews. Is it okay to embellish a little, or should I stick to the facts? For example, is it okay to say you "led" a project when you were really just a team member? I want to be authentic, but I also don't want to miss out on a great opportunity. Where do you draw the line?

Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers. For Netflix maybe have different different APIs for signing up vs scrolling through possible movies?

I’m updating my resume to be targeted to admin assistant for another company. I have experience that is directly related to the job however, I have more experience that isn’t obviously related but has transferable skills (multitasking, organized, initiative, etc).
Is it worth keeping the experience that’s not immediately related in my resume? Do hiring managers look for transferable skills?
I also have a diploma in a completely unrelated topic, but again - has recognized transferable skills.
