Im studying for the app builder cert! its trailmix syllabus on trailhead overlaps a lot with the admin cert… does this mean that I’m 50% ready if I had passed the admin?

Yeah that's pretty accurate. However you will have to know things better. Admin is much more "awareness of the existence" and this is much more "how do you actually build it" (which option do you select, what screen, etc). You can feasibly pass admin without touching Salesforce but many I've coached who haven't done enough hands-on practice have struggled with this one.

Ya- check quizlet plenty of brain dumps for app builder out there to test how ready you are. It is one of the easier certs.

Hi Everyone, I have been an HR Generalist for close to 7 years. I had good managers and poor managers in between. My VP once told me not to pursue my MBA because she would teach me everything she knew. She never did. I am currently going for my SHRM SCP. I really enjoy being a Generalist but I don’t know if I want to be an HR Manager. Any suggestions on other areas of HR I should consider?
