I don’t know about everyone, but I do. Mostly the meeting new people/meeting up with people I already know and replay interactions in my head and think “I should have said/done this” and “I shouldn’t have said/done that”. Doesn’t make us weird but definitely not healthy. It’s exhausting.

Yes!! Its totally exhausting!! I wish I could just forget. I so badly want to please everyone. I wish I didn't care so much :(

Yes I replay a lot of convos in my head and I often don’t go out because of my appearance/clothes. I don’t think you’re weird, but Iit can potentially become unhealthy. I personally remind myself that many people don’t remember previous conversations and have some other coping mechanisms but if it’s causing you a lot of distress, I would consider reaching out to a therapist.

I have this problem OP. Recently I found it helps if I ask myself “does this really matter grand scheme of things?” And that works to stop me from overthink about situations. Now if I can just find something to help with making decisions…
