For backne, I found salysilic acid foam washes used for face to be very effective. A sasylic acid face wash and benzoyl peroxide as a tropical ointment
Neutrogena Body wash with salysilic acid worked for me
Hygiene is really important with this one. I had the same issue and noticed that showering every day with good products made a big difference, especially after sweating. I make sure to shower right away. I use my face wash on my chest (First Aid Beauty Cleanser) and I noticed that helped a lot more than regular soap. Other good products I tried were CeraVe body wash with salicylic acid and Panoxyl Acne foaming wash.
I just can’t stress enough how big a difference the more frequent showers made for me. I hope this helps!
Also be sure to wash clothes/sheets often. I found washing with a sensitive skin detergent helped a lot. I actually broke out from using softeners.
I second neutrogena body wash with salicylic acid. I also recommend taking another look at the products you are using on your hair. I’m a female and have long hair, once I figured out the right products to be using on my hair (have low porosity, oily hair) the skin on my back and neck cleared immensely.
Yeah , that would really help me. Mine is dry skin
