Should be getting an offer to be a Plant Controller at our largest manufacturing facility in the US. Would be an internal transfer but I am already at the location as part of a rotational program. Four years of experience (PwC) and with current company a year and nothing but stellar reviews at the current company and am CPA. Job description requires at least 10 years experience but this doesn’t seem to be an issue. My question is, what should my salary expectations be for this role?

The gig posting said it was a couple months (until the end of june) but when I interviewed they said they were actually gonna extend me until next February. 1. 110 base + 5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
2. 130 base + 1.5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
Current strike price ~$5
Exercise price ~$1

I’m wondering if people here could provide an estimate on how competitive an offer like this is? I expected something closer to 150k base but not sure if that’s unrealistic or not

Hi! I requested a raise in late august and am still waiting on confirmation. Last update was 3 weeks ago from my boss who said he put in the request and is still waiting on approval. I can’t help but think they’re just delaying until the new quarter which is the normal raise period. Is a month and a half a long time to be waiting for this? And if it is approved is it reasonable for me to ask for “backdated pay” to when I originally asked?

Hi. A bit new to audit and have a question on a report's opinion.
I came across a somewhat old auditor report (from a very small auditing firm) that listed several instances where employees misappropriated assets within its schedule of findings, yet the opinion was unmodified. Is this fine? I would think it'd affect the opinion not knowing everything that was misappropriated. Could it be that the auditor felt comfortable enough on how much they identified and that lowered the risk?
