That seems to be the case in public sector. The work doesn't seem to change much or quickly so it's very easy to get pigeon holed.
On that note, how's the public sector practice at PwC? At D, it's long term and you get pigeon holed constantly.
Deloitte, I got offered a job by your public sector last year. The partner who offered it just transferred over to PwC. Solid dude.
That's interesting to know. We've smart people but stagnant projects and skill development doesn't seem to be a priority to the leadership. What's a comparable role for a 2nd year Sr. Con at PwC?

OP - i didn't know public sector is different. Deloitte1 - you'd probably come in as a senior and then set your sights on manager soon
