Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs. Instead of leaving, I’d love to go back to my “consulting roots” and join the ProServ team. I’m taking my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam next weekend. Hoping this freeze is lifted soon.

Urgent since I have to make a decision by today. I have two offers: one is general real estate (a variety of work) and the other is focused on real estate finance. I’m a junior associate and I’ve been leaning toward the latter since the team seemed to be more flexible. Can someone pls guide me about the relocation parameters within FIS. I work out of India location and applied for IJP for London as my husband is moving there. In parallel my team came back saying they want to retain me and willing to create a position in London but that will involve alot of approvals due to increased cost.
