I’m taking BEC on Thursday. Scored 49 last week on Becker’s 1st mock exam then 68 on the 2nd one today. Any last minute tips from those who took the exam this year?

Get a good night's sleep. For BEC I didn't think much last minute cramming did me any good. Good luck.

I think you'll be fine. 68 on Becker is a good score. The exam was pretty straightforward.

How’d it go, any tips? Taking it next week.

It was brutal. The sims questions were lengthy. There’s no need to practice sims; just hammered MCQs

Hey I scored both 50% on both mock exams and I scored like 81 in the actual exam. You will do fine.

Moving to Philly in a few weeks from New York and looking at West Philly for apartments. I’m seeing a lot of $1,100-$1,500 for 1 bedroom apartments and feel like it’s quite high for the area. Can anyone tell me if this is the morning? I was intiially thinking it’d be closer to $1000 max for a a one bedroom in the area.

Does anyone have any Becker promotional codes? I’m re-buying the last part that I haven’t passed yet and this is gonna break the bank.

Wondering if anyone has experience with requesting a receipt from Becker. I paid for Becker monthly prior to starting with my firm and now I can submit the costs to my firm for reimbursement. I plan to email them but just was curious if anyone did this before and had better direction.
