I’m taking PTO on Monday to sleep in and get some work done without meetings. I told myself I’d start today (Sunday) to get some of it out of the way and since I’ve woken up this AM, I’ve cooked myself food and binge watched movies for 7 hours. I just feel like doing nothing

How many days of PTO do you all actually take a year? I'd say I probably average around 8 days (not including holidays)

PTO Tip: Take PTO the last 2 weeks of November and December. Also take the1st week of January. Unlikely you get picked up the first weeks of December and holidays aren't PTO days #thetwoforonespecial

Had an interview today and was asked what my current salary is and what is the range i am looking for. I managed to avoid answering by asking in return what is their budget. The recruiter stated 65k-85k and my idiot self stated that I would like my salary to be in the 70ish🤦‍♀️ I should have said towards the end range.
