I cheated... we aren’t supposed to do real art in the morning. Today a client announced that they lied to CMS about their benefits program readiness. This, after telling us two weeks ago they rolled out their front-end interface at the start of 2022 (4-5 months before their program will actually be ready) and have unhappy customers now.

When I ask my manager for advice about how to do something, he usually just tells me I'll "figure it out yourself." But when it comes down to it, he doesn't help me at all by doing that—he just makes me feel like an idiot. And then when I do figure it out myself and bring the answer back to him, he won't even look at it! He'll just say something like "Oh yeah, thank you," and give me another assignment.
