Some EAP programs will give you ~6-8 sessions free. Other than that, it depends on your insurance. I think I paid $100 per session and insurance only covered $50 per session while at my previous job.

Looking for a nice looking, sturdy, comfortable to carry travel duffel with a cross body strap. Do you do any kind of current events / project with your students? What does that look like and how often do you do it?

We had an important project stakeholders meeting for which I prepared a presentation, delivered the presentation and answered some difficult questions in the Q&A. I ensured a few of the stakeholders that I'd follow up with some interesting links.
I prepared an email to follow up which was a collation of links, white papers in attachment etc which took the morning to put together. My colleague, who is a male who had initially set up the meeting and chaired it was to send the minutes after. (1)

Due in 2 weeks with baby number two, husband just tested positive for Covid 😩 He’s been around me and our 2 year old the past 2 days, getting PCRs for me and my LO tomorrow. Freaking out is an understatement. We had our first in May 2020 and never thought we’d still be going through this 2 years later. Anyone know anyone whose delivered or had a c section with Covid? Diagnosed depression, anxiety & PTSD. Some days are better than others but lately it’s been more bad days than good days. I’m trying my hardest to stay in the fight. How do you all hold on? It doesn’t help that I live alone and 8 hours away from my immediate family.

Had a therapist who encouraged me to quit my job to be happy. Also encouraged me to not settle with my girlfriend because I’ll regret it (like how he regrets getting married). Ended up quitting my job and became more miserable, poor and suicidal. Haven’t seen my girlfriend due to long distance and COVID and we might break up soon. Did I just find a bad therapist or is it normal to project your own regrets to your patients?

I just have to say that signing up for therapy (and finding my current therapist) was one of the best decisions I made in my life. I’m learning a lot about myself and how to live a happier life. I wish people could learn about these things without therapy. And I wish more people would be able to take advantage of counseling.

Having super anxiety right now. Where do I start if I want to take therapy?

I'm doing everything in my power to not quit without another job lined up, and every interview falls through. I'm overwhelmed by my clients, I've had enough corporate koolaid for a lifetime, I could not care less about what I do, and I've started exhibiting destructive behaviors at work but keep getting told I'm doing great.
