I’m thinking about going into management as a path forward in my day job and code as a hobby. Can someone talk about the pros/cons of engineering management? Any tips would be appreciated as well!

Pay is generally higher for SWEs than managers and it's easier to find new high paying jobs.
But if you love people management like growing people, resolving conflict, hiring and firing, performance reviews, etc you should go for it!

I think compensation is only higher for SWE than managers in FAANGs. For the rest of the world, being a manager is seen as a higher graded title.

Client involved in MVA, can’t drive for Uber or Lyft for 2.5-3 weeks, vehicle owned by Client, so rental only given in his name, 3P suggesting Client cant claim LWs because his wife should’ve illegally taken the rental to work and/or he shouldve driven her to work and then used her car to work for those 2.5-3 weeks, thoughts? He couldn't have used the rental either and his account was suspended under his vehicle. Also, Client purchased new vehicle sooner to RTW sooner as parts were backordered.

Hello. I’m looking to pivot into the Data Analyst career path. My background is IT support. I’m currently taking the Google Data Analytics course. I’ve read it’s not necessary to take the course, however, since starting the course I’ve found it to be helpful.

My question is this. I don’t have any experience in this field. I’d love to volunteer, but again no experience. For someone wanting to land an interview and potentially get hired, how should one go about getting the skills?
