I’m thinking about leaving my current job in healthcare advertising that I’ve been working at for a year to work as a junior designer in another agency or in a PR company. Should I do it?

I’m hating my job so bad I fantasize about walking out on my boss. My work itself is enjoyable but my boss (co-founder and CEO of a Series C startup) has become such a pain it ruins my mental health and family life. Working 12-15hrs everyday, working on many weekends, yet no appropriate for my work. We are mostly remote so a lot of interactions are over Slack. Now, I could never imagine one can be so obnoxious and mean over Slack messages when talking about work. I want to run away everyday.

Cost to add two kids to health insurance. Hi! Considering leaving in house job ( where my company pays for all my and my two kids healthcare) to a small firm that will just cover the cost of my health care.
