I'm thinking I should add some specific covid safety procedures to my syllabus. Has anyone done this and is willing to share?

So I had Covid around Christmas time and although it wasn’t too bad… I can’t seem to shake this crazy exhaustion. I feel physically exhausted all the time and not like my old self… how long have you guys experienced this for after recovery?

Ladies, I need… perspective. Last night, my husband essentially asked me to “get fit” for him and to do “beauty and maintenance things” with him in mind and not only for me. For reference, im 5’3 145-150 lbs (size 4-6?) and admittedly, I have gained the pandemic 20 since this started like 1.5 years ago. It hurt to have this man essentially say, you need to look better for me. Am I wrong here? Do I just not see that he’s right and I should be doing these things for him?

If you had COVID and lost your sense of smell, how long did it take to come back? My wife is on day 6 of being unable to smell or taste anything and it's really getting to her. I feel terrible for her, but when I try to look up how long it takes the estimate ranges are huge, so just wondering if I can get a ballpark figure from others who have had it.

FRIENDSHIP problems. Me and my best friend’s relationship drifted far apart during Covid where we don’t talk anymore. Nothing happened, just lack of effort. We used to be inseparable sisters. I don’t know who needs to hear this.....but just because you are allowed to travel to places like Puerto Rico and Mexico it doesn’t mean you should go. They don’t need people from the U.S. with unreliable COVID test results vacationing there. Their care system is near capacity. Don’t be selfish!!!
