Hi ! I have received internship offers from BCG platinion and Amazon for data engineer roles. Both have their pros and cons. I love tech consulting because of the travel. Amazon has great TC. What is the total compensation for entry level data engineer role at BCG platinion ? Could anyone please help me with this. BCG Platinion, Amazon.

Then what? After they graduate you’re back to no one. Doesn’t show good consistency with clients.
I highly recommend. Just make sure you mix in meaningful work and provide some mentorship/training. If they are a rockstar, bring them on full-time.
It is ok, but you get what you pay for. The best idea is hire someone who has a great skill set and pay for that accordingly.
If you have the money, you're better off with someone who knows what's going on than a moron
