Can someone advise on how Incedo Inc. Is as company? Is that a startup? How is the job security? Payscale and WLB?

Does anyone have tips for the structured interview process at a federal agency? I’m trying to transition from impact litigation at a non-profit to an agency focused on trade and consumer protection. I’ve received private sector offers but can’t seem to make it past the first round for federal government. I must have the appropriate credentials to receive an invitation at all and have researched behavioral interview prep—what am I missing?

I got a job offer for what seems to be a great company but I’m not sure if I would have the same life balance. I started interviewing as a way to see my worth in the industry. My current role is at a small company, and I’m not sure how I could grow within the role because Im not advancing my skill, I just do the same thing every day at a lower level. I like my current role because it’s flexible and I’m paid well for not doing very much work. Should I switch to a more rigorous job?

I’m on a team of workaholics. Currently based in central time zone and working for a West Coast client so my hours can be weird. Our team is spread across the country but I get pings at 6:30 am and people asking to call me at 8:30 pm. I’ve tried really hard to set boundaries and block time for myself but it’s constantly getting ignored and there’s no respect for personal boundaries. I barely even get outside nowadays but I don’t know what to do anymore.
