I’m trying to extract numbers from a string. I googled a formula, however the formula rounds up the last two digits of a 16 character string. Is there are a formula I could use eithoutcharacter limit?

Without a character limit *

Try text to column feature to break up the column if there is a limit to the number of characters the data can pull from.

Select column, hit alt, a, e

Then fixed length And then arbitrarily break the column into two

You can do the formula left or right it pulls a certain number of digits from the left or the right as indicated

I would try it but if it doesn’t work try text to columns

I met with the hiring manager and he pushed me to the "virtual onsite" to meet with 2 members of his team and a cross functional manager for individual interviews.

Here is how I feel I did:
Interview #1: B
Interview #2: A
Interview #3. C

I still have an upcoming interview with the leadership team.

My question is, how much influence does does the 3 interviews have in swaying the decision of my candidacy?

I'm also assuming that the senior leadership is definitely one of the major factors too.
