Hi everyone. I am currently trying to pivot. I know it might be near impossible but I would appreciate advice, thoughts, and or referrals. I graduated 3 years ago and I’m licensed in DC. I have 2 state clerkship, 2 policy/legislative related internship, 1 major union in-house internship, and 1 non-profit /public interest internship experience. I would like to go in-house or to a law firm (regardless of size). Thank you.

I've four rounds of video interviews with EY in a few hours. Manager position. Any thoughts on what I should expect? I've prepared for cases and behavioral questions.
Can anyone share what constitutes a good modern resume for someone who's basically infrastructure based? I'm revamping my resume and I'm pretty sure it's very old fashioned. I've been using almost the same template for 20+ years and figured it's due for a style and content update.
My company had been holding back title change and just gave me one with a raise. I had already planned to talk to them about salary before I knew this was happening. It was also two weeks before performance reviews where they do a merit based raise.
Is it wrong to fight for a raise on top of what they gave me? I had found out the salary of what they are hiring for my role and I am on the lower end even though I’m covering that market currently. Should I ask for what they are offering new hires?
My official role name is Product Owner but I don’t think my organisation understands how PO roles are different from PM roles.

I’ve been at my company for almost 6 years, 4 as a Solutions Engineer and 2 as a Implementation Engineer.
I had my annual review today and was disappointed to find out that I will not be getting a promotion to a senior title and I will not get a significant raise (3% at most).
I was waiting on this review to decide whether or not I should move on and it looks like I definitely should. I’ve already applied to a couple roles but has anyone been in a similar situation and have any tips? TY!
