Hi Fishers, I want to pivot my career into management consultant. I am currently working as a Market research analyst with 1 YOE. Can someone please suggest me how or where should I start to build my career in management consulting at Big 4.
Also, please suggest entry level jobs that I will be eligible for with skills in Strategy, primary and secondary research, and competitor analysis.
Thanks in advance!

The whole is meant to allow water to pass through. The other will retain more water. I think you can grow plants in either, but the the type of plant is different. The plants have little tags on them that tell you how much water they need and what happens if they stay wet too long.

Thank you so much! I'll make sure to check for that!
Try a snake plant, they are super easy to care for. Just water once every few days or weekly when the soil feels dry, don’t soak it.
You don’t necessarily have to repot all plants so you could leave it in it’s original pot. You can repot it too but you have to be more careful when checking to see if it needs water
I’ve also heard of folks using 1-2 inches of chunks of styrofoam at the bottom of a pot without drainage to give the plant room to drain excess water (but rocks would also work well!)
