I currently work in hardware technical sales as a Senior Sales Engineer, OTE $110-120K with 1.5 YOE. Industrial automation equipment for a large player in the space. Software sales seems appealing due to remote work, more flexion, and higher pay comps.

I use gantt charts to plan activities & deliverables, kanban boards to mamge them. My weapons of choice:
- MS Project (Smartsheet not as strong on core gantt features/functions but superior for sharing + all it's customization, abilities, is etc.)

- Trello for Kanban (labeling, filtering, robust add-ons, finally on enterprise task-level assignmemts). Sadly, Smartsheet kanban is weak.

Is there an integrated package that does both gantt & kanban that approaches these point solutions?

Hi all - I’m an IT project manager here in the investment and asset management space in Toronto. I am looking at recent job postings for Google Product managers and not sure how I can better align myself. I have experience implementing and supporting SaaS ERP solutions (Yardi, Workday), business systems analysis and product road mapping. I’m an MIS grad and also hold my PMP, DASM and CSM. I’ve tried for years at the big 4, but product managers are a hot field right now. Any advice on pivoting?

Anyone work at PwC in forensic accounting or fraud investigation type roles? How does someone make connections in that area. Would love to offer to help out on even mundane task to build experience and earn hours for the CFE exam.

I’ve been negotiating a settlement on behalf of a client. OP is a major corp. we’ve gone back and forth for months, almost a year. I'm wanting to get into tech but all of my expertise is healthcare with various licenses, it seems to be the only field that would at minimum be a lateral pay change at entry level but I'm not sure how to go about making the change. I have been trying to get OUT of the construction industry for years, but I can’t afford to pay living expenses if I were to go back to school. How do people go back to school later in life with no savings???

I've been working different positions here for 20 years. My boss has been fantastic, but tentative plans that we had made for my career stalled when his boss was poached last year. Now I'm frustrated and underpaid, but with no plan for how to resolve it.
