Products I worked on previously were sold to a new company. I am a good fit because of my experience. However, I specifically left the previous company because I disagreed with the strategic direction they were taking with the products and didn't leave on the best terms with some of those involved. Can anyone help me with Infosys payslip.
I joined Infosys with a CTC of 24lpa (15% variable)
Today i received my first month salary and it is only 1.06 lakh.
I am feeling low only as in my previous organisation my CTC was 13.5 lpa and i used to receive 97k including tax.
The CTS has been increased to 10.5 lakh but in-hand is only 9k.
