Unpopular opinion - yes, teaching is hard & they should be paid a livable wage but, I’m kind of over teachers saying they work so many hours unpaid and they have to work late and early and weekends. That’s most professional jobs.. Change my mind.

Hello everyone, this is my first post, hopefully my question would help more people in this “bowl”. A little back story - my probation period has been extended for a second time (9months in total) and the CEO hasn’t invested in any training (beyond occasional sales chats to ask questions). I’ve been down-graded and blamed for small mistakes, while given a sales territory that’s historically have been tough to develop. Can I ask if this situation has anything to do with my performance?

Has anyone worked for Primerica? I have a friend who is an associate there, and they have really been trying to get me on board. It sounds, bonus wise and pay wise, amazing, but almost too good to be true. Experience?

I’ve had a fair amount of success in a couple of direct sales ventures, but I’ve ultimately never risen to the top because I’m not a great teambuilder. I’m trying to figure out how to pivot my career & make something from the skills I learned there, but I’m not really sure what that would look like because I never saw myself getting into sales in the first place. I have been in SMB and MM sales but just started an Enterprise AE position. I’m working on email templates and am curious if any other Enterprise AEs would recommend separate email templates for companies with 250 users vs 1000+ users? My manager recommended setting up separate email templates but. I usually just have 2-3 generic plug and play templates that I tweak based on conversations/typical pain points. Just want to see if there’s a case for separate templates that I might be missing

I work at a small CRM company in SaaS sales. It’s a small 35 ish employee company with a family-like culture.Been here for 7 years and usually make about 125k gross/year. I work remote, travel the world for free few times/year attending conferences, and just try to sell as much as I can. No stress, no quotas and what you would probably consider a “kushy” sales job. I feel like I could easily be making double at a salesforce and could land the job fairly easily with my experience. Worth the leap?
