You are on NP, hence don't take the stress at all, even if you don't do any work they can't take any action so don't stress. also, slowly reduce your meetings, stop giving oppinions or suggestions, if you have some body already to handover your work, transfer every thing to him/her gradually and keep everything on emails. Reducing meetings helps in getting out of over work organically.
It's not ethical also there is no such policy that you can't disclose it, my manager actually requested me that please if you can don't disclose, else it's your choice, as i respect him i am not disclosing it but post i complete 1 month NP i will do that. Dear colleague don't at all take stress, they can't damage your career at all, and good thing is if you are scared that i would not be able to join back Accenture if i don't maintain good relations while on NP, that won't happen!! Trust me
Same here..i am not willing to work overtime or more than normal and they are asking too much to do even late night meetings and developments demo.Really tough to be a bad guy when u don't want to be
Same here! Waiting for notice period to end.
It's been 6+years I am here, got hikes like 4% to 30% in all these years. Was expecting promotion but my Supervisor got changed recently and in the one to one with her, i didn't got that confidence about the promotion, started looking outside and got the opportunity with105% hike. And leaving!
Ya agree

The solution to this is simple. Detach yourself from your work. The main problem is people get emotionally attached to their work and join it with their ego. Just let lose, the project will take care of itself.
Don't take stress, don't work overtime, just chill, you are on NP.
We have been hardwired to behave properly, and be good to everyone, just try dismantling that setup and see the magic.
What's your story?
