As of Jan 1 you have protections against this type of billing.

I had hernia surgery recently. Doc suggested that I should wear a jock strap for a few weeks. Haven't worn one since high school. O M G, I can't believe I've been missing out on all this support. This is 100% everyday now. And ladies, I 1000% support that a sports bra is a shirt and please go about the world using as much or as little support as you choose. Support your parts and live in comfort.

Recently 1 of my clients initiated open PTO policy. The transition from set leave balance to open was smooth process. However we are running into dilemma of how we standardize different types of leaves and whether there will be a limitation to how much open PTO is used at one time. For leisure, we just limit taking two weeks max at one time. However if we have volunteer policy or bereavement policy how should we standardize it? If EE is out for longterm sick, how do we standardize time paid?

I have been on a doctors leave. I have used all of my sick day and FMLA. My school said I have to resign if doctor doesn’t release me after my appointment 5/12 my doctor wrote a lettter that said I can not go back to work and will be reevaluated Aug 15. Can tjey make me resign?

I am historically a democrat. Voted for Obama. I voted for Trump once and will again. The policies democrats are pushing are still nuts. For example, protecting illegal immigrants (why? they are illegal - let’s be like Bill Clinton), “socialism” and more unsustainable programs is just not realistic, stealing firearms is also not right (two wrongs don’t make a right). It’s one thing to disagree on principles, but it’s something else to just be unrealistic in everything that makes them different.

Are we too divided as a country to rally together after an unprecedented cyber warfare attack on multiple US government agencies and companies? If it is proven to be a specific state sponsor (e.g Russia) what type of response would garner broad support across the political spectrum?
