While I’m a 1099 for my current role, I still haven’t told them I am leaving for a full time role that can change my life. It’s a small agency, and I’ve gotten close with the director. She’s the employment reference I gave; I’m a nervous that when they receive the call to verify employment, my days will be difficult. I’d hate to be let go before I start with LM. Thoughts? Gained at least 20lbs from Jan-early April, DD life caught up; expensing meals when I would come home and stress eating. But flipped a switch and have made health a priority for the last 2 weeks!

I was in a very bad shape last year (major anxiety episodes, OCD flares, panic attacks) and now I'm MUCH better. I feel like one thing that helped through it was for the first time in my life opening myself to experience my spiritual side (not talking religion here).

I feel like now that i feel better overall, I'm disregarding that part of me but wishing i still had that drive to feed my spiritual self. Any ideas on how to bring it back to my life in a way that doesn't really feel forced?

I'm currently an account manager in an agency. I've been there for 20 years (26 years experience total). My goal has always been to learn all I could and then transition into underwriting. Life happened, I got complacent and stayed on the agency side longer than I planned. I'm now looking to make the jump.
