Honestly, if you’re staying in Total Rewards/Comp I don’t think a masters would be beneficial at all. Do you want to stay in that area? That’s my plan, is to stay in total rewards. My benefits and comp managers only has an undergrad degree and they make a base of $146k.
Wharton has an HR Management and Analytics course that only lasts for 2 months and is a whole lot cheaper than a Master's degree. Maybe you could start there??
