Be slow to respond from the get go. And if it gets too much politely tell her that it’s been challenging to keep up with your phone while having a newborn and that you don’t want her to rely on you while you are on parental LEAVE😆 I have LEFT the building lol jk on last sentence obvi but you get the idea! You don’t owe them anything during this time.
Just tell her you plan on unplugging fully. And ask her how what type of documentation you need to provide prior to your leave so she doesn’t feel the need to reach out. What knowledge is she lacking that she needs to rely on you for?
I’ve done everything I can to make everything available and provide contact info for various people depending on the request etc., but she just relies on me heavily in general and already pushes boundaries. Like she’s texted me with a “quick question” over weekends multiple times. I don’t want to leave her feeling high and dry but … she’s got to put on her big girl pants and figure some stuff out for herself sometimes haha

Ya you have no responsibility to work while you’re out. I wouldn’t worry about it now. Babies have an amazing ability to shift your priorities so you may not struggle as much as you think with not responding.
Alternatively, since everyone is different you might enjoy the work conversation - you never know but do what feels good for you and do not let it add stress. It’s a leave not a half holiday.
