100% match up to 6% 401k. HSA. Flex work week. Remote work capability.

That's the floor IMO. Anything more is great.

like

Yup, icing on the cake. Although, I recall Boeing having a much larger 401k contribution. Something like 200% up to 3 and then 100% up to the next 3%

At my company our 401k match is a bit light at 3% but we have 100% healthcare covered. Nothing comes out of our check for the coverage, deductible is covered 100% with a secondary insurance card. This is for individual, couple or full family.

Dental is nothing out of check and $2500 coverage per year. Pre-tax FSA and Dependent accounts.

2x salary life covered. Optional additional life and AD&D is cheap. Vision is like $14.

Ladies how do you manage your relationship when your spouse holds you to what you promised you would do before you got married but then you realize you can’t do it. I had promised my husband I would fast with him for an entire day on a specific religious holiday, but when I did for the first time I had stomach pains, headache, and nausea. I told him I can’t do it for that long again but he said “we’ll see, you just need to push through”.

Hi! I just got converted to full time as a intern, and received this email about 401k which I don’t quite understand. Does the 3% means the match that company gives to me for free? So I don’t have to contribute anything to my 401k while getting free 3% match money? Thank you!!

Looking to gain an understanding of Demand Gen Manager (marketing) roles and typical salaries. I have 7+ years of experience but also have a very nontraditional background so it seems hard to be considered for director level roles and above.

If anyone has insight into standard salaries for this type of role I’d appreciate the insight. Currently making 100k with stellar benefits.

Hello HR folks. Overheard a conversation at work and am curious what is the norm.
If an employee goes out on FMLA, obviously the benefits person sends them the STD, FMLA paperwork etc. But is it the maagers responsibility to maintain communication with the person out on leave and to get a timeline on their return or would that be the benefits team? Or maybe the HRBP?

If you work at a small agency in NYC, could you tell me what your monthly health insurance premiums are for families? I'm at a small agency in NYC and the health benefits for a family are almost prohibitively expensive, ~1,500/mo with a high deductible. Would love to know if we're competitive or not and if not, share that info with our HR and bosses.

Tata Consultancy Hi fishies, I recently interviewed for a Big data dev role for Autodesk but it's via a third party called Applicantz. Initially the contract is for 1 year, which can be extended. There is also scope of Autodesk hiring permanently after 6 months or 1 year. Can anyone provide some reviews about Autodesk and third party Applicantz. Usually I would not have considered anything via a third party, but the company(Autodesk) seems great and work discussed seems good as well.
