I have completed L3 interview in McAfee . Interview went good. But it has been 3 days they didn't come back.
For every rounds before I was updated the very next day. This was the final round and they haven't updated any feedback yet.
Is this normal? How long do they take generally to proceed after final round?

I get so bored in my jobs, why is that?
GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) Gartner Hi! I'm currently working as an Account Manager in SMB at Gartner. Received an offer to work at GLG EMEA's enterprise financial institutions segment, also as an Account Manager.
Does anyone have any feedback about GLG? Any advice? I do like Gartner but they're offering me a better pay and to work in a much more interesting segment at GLG.

Personalization, by far.
Take a look at their profile, give some targeted value that shows them you know who they are and what they need.
Example if you sell sales enablement tools that give managers greater visibility into how their deals are going: "Saw you're leading the sales team at [x], fantastic work crushing it in Q1 with the Amazon deal. Have you found any difficulties in landing similar deals in Q2 with your sales team going remote?"
Something like that.
Few things that work:
1. Reaching at the right time with the right message. If person is active on LinkedIn - you usually can spot this moment. Or sometimes it works well when you have no other way of reaching that person but you know that this is the right moment
2. See what would compel them to answer. If you are offering nothing - then yes, they silently agree to stay in touch. Ask a question relevant to someone’s work experience or skill, ask for expertise, offer your opinion.
Generally, small talk in LinkedIn messages does not work - get to the point.

How are you engaging them? What does your first touch look like?

Have you commented on any of their posts before reaching out to them, or simplied liked any of their posts? This would get you on their radar.
Another approach is to comment in a direct message to something that they or their company did outside of LinkedIn.
I like to approach new business relationships like I am trying to join a new tribe. I am not going to roll up on a new group and ask for something, that includes time. I am going to give and give first. Ill give praise, insights into the industry my contact is in, I'll ask for their opinion so they can feel positive by giving wisdom. If I am going to a barbecue I make sure to bring a side dish.
Make it natural.
Great advice! Thank you, I will try these approaches
