I’m working on a case with a male lawyer who is well passed his prime. He is not listening to me (or the case law for that matter). I’m concerned about the impact on the client. Oh and he’s also the named partner of the firm. What on earth do I do?

Hi everyone, hopefully someone can answer this question for me. I recently started working at this new place. I got an offer letter, passed live scan, had orientation etc. However, nowhere in the offer letter or in orientation have they mentioned preemployment drug testing. Since I already had a start date, is it safe to use cannabis at this point? Or should I wait longer to be able to use it. I use it to help me sleep. I’m tired of using other medicines to help me sleep. Thanks.

Any ladies on here with overactive bladder? Just saw a urologist who diagnosed me. It actually makes perfect sense, I seriously use the bathroom like a million times day and night. My mother is the same and it can be genetic. They gave me some lifestyle changes to try which was basically telling me not to eat/drink all my favorite things. It’s not per say a problem for me day to day so not sure if I want to really try the lifestyle changes. Just wanted to hear the stories of others!
