I'm working on an onboarding doc for my entire group but I want to make it dynamic so that if a person leaves it automatically adjusts. Not sure if that's possible or how to approach the task. I don't want to do the typical OneNote guide, but also am not extremely fluent in coding. Any suggestions?

More context: a lot of cross-functional work, so I'm planning on leaving that a little more vague, but it's primary purpose is to iron out all the moving parts. Clarity for who does what.

TIA!

Get the data stored in SQL/SSMS (check out procedures).
Get them from sql in Python using pyodbc (i prefer Jupyter notebook)
In Python, import ur excel (any data source) and do your calculations.
Export them back to SQL or excel or anywhere. Website nagivation works pretty cool too. Get them codes like lego so it can help adapt to ur dynamic work. Tailor this to what you need to do.

There are onboarding platforms that’ll help with this. Might be worthwhile to look at a few vendors.

This sounds nice! I have no help to offer on the automation. But curious...are you in MBO?

Ah okay. That's usually how it goes 😁 Good luck!

Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but I think that long-arm statutes are terrible for our system. You shouldn't be able to file in the state that you live in. As a policy matter, I feel the default should always be where the defendant lives unless the contract states otherwise.

Any MDPs here?

I’ve been a registered nurse for about four years (ambulatory care & I loved it but felt like I missed something not being inpatient) and been a little lost. This past year has been terrible w/ jobs & have had about 5 some contracted some just so awful the stories would blow your hair back & I had to walk out. Finally, I decided to take a telemetry inpatient nurse job & I’ve been there a month & just got another job back in ambulatory. Can some one please give me advice of what I should do.

Someone made a good point the other day, for younger partners, not voting at all is more powerful than voting no, because if they don’t have 50% of the partners (not capital) vote then they can’t pass it…..

Hi Guys,

I recently joined Cts, my prior experience was as java back end developer, java 8 and spring boot

After joining cts, I was mapped to a good project, before it started was mapped to a different one
Here I'm working with bug fixes and enhancement of legacy apps java 7, I really don't like it And as I don't know anyone upclose not feeling comfortable at work, feels like I'm judged for everything I do

Any clinical reporting folks on here? What type of company are you at and how are you liking it? I provide reporting services in an academic hospital medicine division at a state institution. Reports are mostly performance based and quality improvement (ex. discharge by 10am, length of stay, 30 day readmission, census on Medicine teams at the hospital, etc.) I would love to hear who you support!

I’m thinking about applying at WTW for a Senior Account Manager role in the Chicago office. How do referrals work at WTW? Also, I have 4 years of experience in group captive insurance programs as well as most ancillary lines on the broker side. Does anyone else have group captive experience and could provide some advice on best companies to move to where I can use that expertise? I want to move to a larger company since I’m at a small place with not much room for growth currently.

Thoughts… offer received from FAANG. The HM was to connect w/ me & didn’t reach out. I sent another email and then connected. Red flag 1. The lack of follow up. Next sent email on a question & said would get back to me ASAP. 10 days later, no response. Red flag 2. I sent another email & also asked about my first day as I have no agenda and need them to set up laptop. No response. My 1st day is Monday. Red flag 3? I know they are busy but should I be worried?
