EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

Same thing happened when Anderson sold Consulting to Accenture or EY sold their consulting arm the first time to become Cap Gemini-you’re fine. Everyone knows EY has/had a consulting arm
Tech consulting is just one small part of what the NewCo part of EY does…Business Consulting, Strategy, Transactions,Tax consulting are all important elements. Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if EY has some big plays up its sleeve to boost the tech consulting part… the split will enable EY to be much more assertive in the tech space (as currently hindered by auditing almost all of the leading global tech firms).
Anyone who knows EY brand would know about NewCo, so I wouldn’t worry about that. It would be a $25B company if this goes through. It’s not like it’s turning into a corner neighborhood restaurant.

Nobody outside of our industry knows what EY is. In fact, most people in our industry don’t know what EY is u til they join this bowl. Don’t worry, nobody cares
The name EY and its association with auditing holds NewCo back honestly. We are going to do so much better once we split.

It’s going to take awhile to vote and then actually execute. If/when that happens, then it’s Newco fka EY or EY now Newco, which ever company you want first. Then list all experience under that, it does not require 2 separate sections.
