I’m worried that my job is disappointed in me. I’ve been getting meetings after meetings where they are saying “you’re doing good but this could be improved” and a lot of it is the same things where I make the adjustment with one person but then I get another email from another person over the same exact task. The training they gave me wasn’t the best (they said so) but I’m worried that this may end with me being fired. Should I be worried?

Today I was walking back to the hospital from my car some random guy came up to me and asked me for directions while I was still in the lot. I'm new so I told him I didn't know and he literally cussed me out in the parking lot and told me I was a horrible nurse and he was going to get me fired. Meanwhile I am a PHARMACIST. Folks without Pharma experience get dinged a lot when they try to apply for Pharma roles. Depending on the agency team structure, I’d like to think it’s better for a team to have a variety of experience (including Pharma of course)across Account/Strategy/Creative. I left Education and started on my software company's small Automation team October 2019. Our immediate supervisor/head of QA left Thanksgiving. Now my only other team member put in his notice. My company doesn't have QA pay levels and my title is inaccurate (JR QA Analyst). I am told to research what I feel my salary should be and dicuss with new head of QA after they start in a couple weeks. IC vs Manager. Are there major pay differences between the two? Right now, I have been offered a Principal Data Architect role which is the same pay as the Sr Mgr. I would be moving from a people manager to more of an IC role. Which is better for long term growth? Do you have to move to people management to move far in a company? I feel like at a start up it is better to be an IC due to the chaos of managing expectations at a startup. Hiring in a smaller startup is close to impossible.
