Thinking about joining an early stage startup (20-40 people) as a head of product marketing. What should I be asking for from an equity point of view?
Also, I've heard that early stage startups tend to offer less pay but more equity. Is that the norm?

Current contract - amazing company that has been vocal about bringing me on when approved but no promises. Contract is $60/hr. I negotiated high due to paying private health ins at high $. I was offered a role at a different company for $105K with a $5K sign on and additional benefits. I expressed my need for a $115K base in our original conversation. Anything less than 115K is a paycut from current $ and if I was offered FTE at current contract. Thoughts on negotiating? I dont want to be greedy

Hello... has anyone had a foreign parent company issue US employees the contract of employment of that jurisdiction (I'm my vase Ireland)... I've just started and no HR before me so they issued the wrong things. They're very clear Irish contracts of employment with reference to Irish legislation in them, but wondering how much of a mess this is? Only issued to 8 employees total.
Do any companies offer the option for new employees to choose their compensation structure between the following:
1. A set base salary with no bonus structure
2. A slightly smaller base salary but with the ability to earn a performance bonus
Offer 1 - 100k base no bonus structure
Offer 2- 90k base with an OTE of 110k
