In the past 6 years, I was promoted twice, from P3 to P4, then a few years later, from P4 to P5. However, I found out that my salary is still within the P3 band (actually 10k below max P3 range). This is not knowledge typically shared with employees. How can I use this knowledge to my advantage during my annual performance review in order to get a higher salary?

Don’t think that will stop turnover. Our base comp will never increase to match market. If bonus is sizable, ppl may stay until payout, but still leave after.
