I have a friend who’s office has opened up (at 25% capacity). She’s always so dramatic and is like ‘I’m not going in until we have a vacc’. Which I understand, but it’s not like she’s even socially distancing properly. She has dinner out with different people almost every night. Even had a covid scare a few weeks ago cause one of the ppl she went out of town with (and went to a dance hall with) ended up testing positive.

This is a little far out but I have always wanted to study abroad and never got the chance because of covid. I'm thinking once I have about 4-5 years of working experience in PA, to take a year off to go abroad to learn the language or teach English and then come back to industry. Has anyone done anything similar? Would doing this affect my career prospects or progression if I stop working for a time?

Designation - Consultant at Deloitte and Associate Consultant at ZS (Heard both are equivalent).

Requesting advice or inputs regarding which one to choose considering career growth, yearly hike. My understanding is WLB would be better at Deloitte than ZS. I don't consider current salary offered to be a factor at all. Please share your thoughts. Thanks, in advance.
